  I was visiting my moms for the Halloween weekend and rake 5 bags of leaves from her yard not knowing where to dispose of them, I turned to the Dearborn Heights dept. that's where I met the nicest fireman ever. Fireman Dave was on duty when I asked where I could dispose the leaves. I stated I was headed back to Nashville Tennessee, and wanted to throw away the leaves. He said there was no place for disposal, but allowed me to put the bags in the firehouse dumpster. This truly made my travel day a happy one. Thanks Fireman Dave, a true hero. We had light conversation the whole time. Please let him know how much he is appreciated. Very friendly. My experience in your city was memorable. This all happened on November the 2nd of 2015 at about 10 am.
