  I ordered rapid pickup. It was ready when I got there but nobody bothered to let it be known the cookies I ordered weren't in the bag. I then stood in front of the register for 5 minutes and not one of the numerous workers I saw thought to ask if I needed anything (nobody was in line, just me. If it was busy I wouldn't have minded the wait). I then had to go up to the guy at the bakery who saw me standing there as well but didn't offer assistance asking for help. He offered me different cookies which cost less than the ones I paid for and I said I just want a refund. Apparently they don't do refunds for online orders. 2 stars for at least giving me my macaroni and trying to give me vouchers I'd probably never use.
